Refund Policy


Ensure that your return or exchange meets the policy requirements listed below.
Email, in the subject line put RETURN LABEL NEEDED and your ORDER NUMBER.
Our customer support team will create and email you a return label to send your item back.
Insert your item(s) into the original packaging or similar packaging.
Apply the return label.
Please drop off at a nearby UPS location dropoff location. Click here.


Items purchased in store and at are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days from delivery of your package.
Cuff links, Gift Cards, or any items marked SALE / FINAL SALE, are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or free return shipping.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Any alterations to any garment VOIDS any return or exchange.
Bespoke garments and footwear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
