His real estate practice routinely involves acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment, venture structuring, financing, development, and construction across real estate asset classes, including multi-family apartments, office buildings, senior housing, retail stores and restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, condominiums, parking garages, and mixed-use projects.
Outside his real estate practice, entrepreneurs, businesses, and family offices at all stages and of various sizes in industries ranging from conventional products and services to cutting-edge technology rely on Chad to provide astute forward-thinking guidance and legal protection on initial formation, a spectrum of day-to-day operating, financing, and contractual issues, as well as major capital events.
Prior to NGE, Chad was a partner at other large law firms. Prior to practicing law, he oversaw the redevelopment of a mixed-use high rise in the Chicago “Loop” and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

"That is why it is of utmost importance that I earn my clients' trust," says Chris when asked to describe his professional approach as he works with individuals and organizations to pursue their financial goals. Chris maintains that communication is vital when working with his clients. Educating, listening, and addressing concerns are keys to building a long-term relationship.
Prior to joining Baird in 2001, Chris worked for nearly 12 years in various positions in the accounting field; including an Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his BBA in Accounting. Chris is a current board member of the Racine YMCA and of Junior Achievement of Racine. He is also a committee member for the United Way of Racine. Chris is an avid tennis player and he and his wife, Krista, have lived in the Racine community for over 20 years.

TONY DIAR BAKERLI
Tony Diar Bakerli was born and raised in Damascus, Syria where his father was a pioneering television director and producer and his mother was an influential television writer and director. Tony Received a Bachelor of Mathematical Science and his Master’s Degree in Global Finance and Business Commerce from the University of Lebanon, Beirut.
Tony became Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of T2 Global Advisors in October of 2017. His concentration is to provide a multitude of suitable and sophisticated financial solutions for businesses, business owners, and family wealth. During Tony’s career, he has accumulated centers of influence which have become the focal point of T2 Global Advisors.
Tony has lived in the Chicago area for the past 27 years, where his passion for sailing and sailboat racing throughout his life has allowed him to participate in many privileged and unique sailboat racing events such as Chicago to Mackinac (the world’s largest freshwater race). Tony has had the opportunity to participate in this event for 16 consecutive years. Tony is also very passionate for fitness and training, which has allowed him to participate and compete in multiple Triathlon & Ironman events each year. Also, Tony’s passion to mountaineering throughout his life has given him the privilege to step afoot on Mount Everest in 2018 and had reached 24,000 feet. Lastly, Tony is committed to community development and supporting local Chicago charities.

Troy grew up in Dubuque, Iowa and attended Simpson College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. At Simpson, Troy was an athlete and a scholar and served as captain of the football team.
Troy started in the financial services industry with Wells Fargo in 2002. He served as Branch Manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, the nation’s leading residential lender. He recruited and trained employees as well as worked with local real estate professionals. Troy managed over 1 billion dollars in lending and received numerous awards which included Manager of the Year.
Troy became a Financial Advisor for Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013 where he was dedicated to helping individuals and businesses develop financial and investment strategies. He provided clients with targeted, comprehensive financial advice and portfolio management while delivering the highest level of customer service and professional integrity.
Troy became Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of T2 Global Advisors in October of 2017. He is committed to providing clients with a multitude of sophisticated financial solutions for businesses, business owners, and individuals.
Troy is committed to helping his community by sponsoring local events. Troy is a board member at Valley Lo Country Club on the finance committee. His wife, Jo Ann Clemen, is a triathlon coach, ultra-marathon runner, three-time qualifier for the Boston Marathon, and owns her own running company, Reach Your Peak Training. Troy and Jo Ann are very active with their three children, Adyson, Logan and Dylan. In his spare time, Troy enjoys golfing, biking, softball and coaching his children on various sporting teams.
